Whole Health Healing: How to free yourself from dependence on conventional medical care


 

Whole health healing is what most people are seeking  in regards to ant-aging, longevity, optimum health and having more quality of life. The concept of talking optimum care of one’s health is a tremendous honor to God and is Biblically based as seen in 1st Corinthians 6:19,20 “Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body.”

Many  people mistakenly believe that if they have a pain they can take an aspirin, feel better, and then be healthy.  Some mistakenly believe that if they are ill with an infection, they can take a prescription medication like an antibiotic, feel better, and then be healthy. Even worse, many people believe that by going to their doctor and getting the standard tests like cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar, and tread mill tests, they are staying healthy.  If you are one of these people, you are in grave danger because you’ve been misled.

Now let me make myself perfectly clear – aspirin, prescription medications like antibiotics, and standard medical tests are also a gift from God, and they have their benefits and proper uses; it’s their abuse that I want to warn you about. There are a lot of abuses of these things, namely that many people mistakenly believe these typical medical practices are all there is for health. There is a whole lot more. Pun intended!

But real health comes from within, it’s inborn, it always has been and always will be.  For example, pain pills may be necessary at times, but they only cover the pain, they do not in any way address the source of the pain. Leave the source alone, and one is likely to get the pain again. Prescription medications like antibiotics may be necessary at times, but they only kill bacteria not viruses, and nearly all infections (colds and flus) are viral. In addition, antibiotics likely harm the normal, natural bacteria that one needs for digestion and other vital functions. Also, those standard medical tests I mentioned above may catch developing problems early, and that’s good, but the truth is that these are really early detection tests, not real prevention. By the time something wrong is detected, you’ve already got the problem.

So what else is there? What can a person do to attain and then maintain optimum health? Adopt a whole health healing lifestyle, that’s what! It involves accepting and enhancing the entire person, not only the physical but the mental and spiritual also. I wrote the book on it called Whole Health Healing – The Budget Friendly Natural Wellness Bible for All Ages. The book starts out clearly and concisely defining what real health is, and then covers easy-to-implement, practical procedures and tips to not only obtain optimum real health, but also to maintain it with real preventive measures. I also included specific natural solutions for over 40 common ailments like fibromyalgia, headaches, menstrual problems and prostate difficulties.
